Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at stylixwear@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a UPS shipping label and tracking information. You can always contact us for any questions at stylixwear@gmail.com.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept final sale or closeout merchandise.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship out the item you wish to exchange. The item must be unused and in new condition. We do not accept exchanges for any worn or washed items.

If you need to exchange for any reason, please return your item per our refund policy above and include exchange instructions and order number with the return. As long as you get your order back to us, we are happy to switch it out for something of equal value. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items — if the item is out of stock, we may issue store credit or switch it out for something of equal value. If your item is damaged, please contact our support team for assistance.

Refunds We are happy to offer store credit or an exchange for returned items. If you'd prefer a refund to your original payment method, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original shipping cost. You will be notified once we've received and inspected your return and whether the refund was approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 days.

Shipping Items will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days of order.
