Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging.

Before sending an item back, contact us at stylixwear@gmail.com with your order number and whether you would like a refund or size exchange. We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping initially. Stylix Wear does not provide prepaid return labels.

Please retain your return-shipping receipt or other proof of the actual amount paid. For an approved refund, we reimburse the returned product price plus your actual return-shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

For an approved refund, we will refund the purchase price paid for the returned item plus your actual return-shipping cost. Please provide your shipping receipt or other proof of payment so we can reimburse that cost.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 days after approval.

Size Exchanges

Contact us at stylixwear@gmail.com before returning an item for a different size. Include your order number and requested replacement size with the return.

Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved, we will send the requested replacement size, subject to availability. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed.

If the requested size is unavailable, please contact us to discuss an eligible refund, store credit or an alternative item of equal value.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at stylixwear@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of final-sale or closeout merchandise.

Shipping

Items will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days of ordering.
